Why OHMG Created the Production Wizard

Prior to creating the first version of The Production Wizard in March of 2001, On Hold Media Group (OHMG) had realized a need to streamline the on-hold message production process. At that time production and delivery averaged two weeks throughout the industry.

As OHMG witnessed the emergence of the dot com phenomenon and began to see website addresses showing up almost everywhere, the concept of using the internet as a vehicle for clients to create, manage, and receive delivery of their on-hold messages was born.
