| A: Yes! An administrator can choose to create a "production" for any or all locations. You can also set up a "Division Administrator" that has control for a set number of locations. The local user can only create productions for their location. |

| Q: Can we produce more than one production at a time and have them scheduled to be delivered according to a specific date and time? |
| A: Yes! Each time you build a new production you are given the oportunity to set the date and time for that production to be delivered. Our new technology will enable you to produce and schedule as many new productions as needed: daily, weekly, etc. |

| Q: Can I change the background music only on my message? |
| A: Yes. Login and re-select all of the current scripts then just select the new background music you wish to have. |

| A: You can change your production as often as you would like. You can also schedule your production to be sent at any time in any day. |

| A: Possibly. OnHoldWizard requires Premier Technologies’ DDF-2800 series downloadable unit for receiving on-hold message data. |

| Q: How long will it take to create an on-hold production? |
| A: Depending on your Internet connection (28.8Kbps, 56Kbps, DSL, ISDN, etc.), production can take anywhere from five to fifteen minutes. |

| Q: How long does it take to receive my new production? |
| A: With the Production Wizard, you have the ability to determine when you want to receive your new production. You can receive it immediately or at a later date! |

| Q: My company has frequent promotions which are "dated". How difficult would it be to have an existing message replaced with a new one after a promotion is over? |
| A: It is actually very easy. All that is required is that you build a replacement message in the Production Wizard and set the date and time to have it uploaded to you. For example: Lets say that you have a current promotional message that needs to run through the weekend. Just build a new message and set it to be uploaded on Sunday night. When you return to your place of business on Monday morning, your new message will be playing for you! |
