| Q: If I have several locations, can I designate one or more persons to control the script productions for multiple locations? |
| A: Yes! An administrator can choose to create a "production" for any or all locations. You can also set up a "Division Administrator" that has control for a set number of locations. The local user can only create productions for their location. |

| Q: Can we produce more than one production at a time and have them scheduled to be delivered according to a specific date and time? |
| A: Yes! Each time you build a new production you are given the oportunity to set the date and time for that production to be delivered. Our new technology will enable you to produce and schedule as many new productions as needed: daily, weekly, etc. |

| A: Yes! As an Administrator, you can add or remove users at will. |

| Q: When creating my new production through the Production Wizard, can I hear what the script sounds like? |
| A: Yes! Each script will appear in printed text as you build your production. Associated with each script are the Male and Female readings. Just click on the voice to preview it before adding it to your production. |

| Q: Can I change the background music only on my message? |
| A: Yes. Login and re-select all of the current scripts then just select the new background music you wish to have. |

| Q: How often can I change my production? |
| A: You can change your production as often as you would like. You can also schedule your production to be sent at any time in any day. |

| Q: Can I change the content of my scripts? |
| A: Absolutely! Our clients must approve all scripts before they are posted to the Production Wizard. Our clients can also write their own scripts and email them to us through the "Custom Script" area of our website. We can then voice them and post them on our website for use. This is especially important when your scripts are for seasonal or promotional use. |

| Q: Can I change the verbal part of my On-hold message, but keep my background music? |
| A: Yes. You need to go into the Production Wizard and select the scripts in the voice you want. When you get to Step 2, just re-select the music you had. |

| Q: Why does my computer slow down when I try to listen to sound files? |
| A: OnHoldWizard uses streaming audio, so slower Internet connections will take longer to open the sound files. |
