As you’re creating new on-hold messages, remember to honor the lady who never gets quite enough credit by including spots from our “Seasonal” category for Mother’s Day (May 11th)! As always, when you use dated spots, be sure to create a “generic” production to replace the dated one. Scheduling your replacement production to start on the holiday is usually a good idea!
