3. Unauthorized duplication of production is a violation of OHMG Copyrights. All Rights Reserved.
4. Lease option is available only with approved credit and may require a security deposit. A $50 UCC filing and processing fee is billed on the first month's invoice only. Appropriate State and/or Property taxes will also be added.
5. The renewal of this agreement is automatic at the end of each contract term for a period of one year and each year thereafter unless either party notifies the other of it's desire to cancel within thirty (30) days of contract expiration.
