1. Customer may call On Hold Media Group (OHMG) 1-866-758-1300. 2. During the term of this Agreement OHMG shall provide the following:
Professional voice talents, script writing & studio editing
Digital playback unit with a 36 month parts and labor warranty, extended for 48 and 60 month agreements by On Hold Media Group.
Use of licensed productions for term of the agreement only.
3. Unauthorized duplication of production is a violation of OHMG Copyrights. All Rights Reserved. 4. Lease option is available only with approved credit and may require a security deposit. A $50 UCC
filing and processing fee is billed on the first month's invoice only. Appropriate State and/or Property taxes
will also be added. 5. The renewal of this agreement is automatic at the end of each contract term for a period of one year
and each year thereafter unless either party notifies the other of it's desire to cancel within thirty
(30) days of contract expiration.
