In December of 2000, Allan began to map out the concept for the Production WizardTM with Robert Shaw, President of Data On The Web -- a development leader specializing in designing, implementing, and managing substantial website-integrated databases. They continued work through January of 2001, establishing the architecture and fundamental framework to build and launch On Hold Media Group's Production WizardTM.

Since that beginning in 2001, our teamwork approach has resulted in continual enhancements and upgrades to the Production WizardTM as we maintain our leadership position in the on-hold industry. • 2001. Launched the Production Wizard website: www.onholdwizard.com, industry's first on-hold message management system. Implemented WizDispatcher, industry's first automated on-hold message delivery system.


• 2002. Began designing and testing the WizPlayer 2400, industry's first Internet-connected on-hold message playback device.


• 2003. First production run of WizPlayer 2400 units (made in Richardson, Texas). Installed initial shipment at Centex/Commerce Title branch offices


• 2004. WizPlayer 2400 approved by McAfee Internet Security for all of their U.S. and International offices including Beijing, China.


• 2005. WizPC Player announced with free 10-day Trial.


• 2007. Released Production Wizard 3.0: Single-page control panel streamlined production creation process, allowing more flexibility and less time to create a new production!


• 2008. Added capabilities to automate mixing of MOH files and notification of availability for VoIP-based customers


• 2009. Continually adding features to Production Wizard 3, which are useful to our customers and make creating and managing productions easier and more fun!


• 2010. Ended the year with 1,500 customer locations and a library consisting over 50,000 individual scripts.
